Dr. Steve Windley graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001. Knowing throughout his advanced education that he wanted to practice integrative medicine, Windley chose a residency program that would enrich his alternative and complimentary healing disciplines.
During his family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, he became board certified in acupuncture and ran an acupuncture clinic within the residency center.
Windley is the founding medical director of the Integrative Medicine Center at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. Since its inception in 2004, the clinic has focused on the promotion of nontraditional therapies used in concert with traditional therapies for patients requiring various treatments. Areas of focus include nutritional strategies, vitamin and herbal supplements, patient education, hormone balance and detoxification. The clinic is also one of the few sites participating in the National Institute of Health’s Trial to Assess Chelation Therapy.

Windley and his wife, Laurie, an archaeologist, live in Seymour, Indiana, with their two children. Windley continues to draw strength from the love and support of his family.
