Courtney Leach

Courtney Leach graduated in 2005 from the Ball State University School of Journalism, with a focus on magazine and minor in sociology. Since receiving her diploma, Leach has maintained a position as the editorial assistant for Indianapolis dine magazine, a bimonthly publication dedicated to sophisticated food and drink in the Indianapolis area.
Leach became involved with PureHealthMD.com in December 2007, overseeing all editorial content on the site. “When I was presented with the underlying goals of this project,” Leach says, “it was impossible not to get on board.”
With new articles being added each week, she is enthusiastic about the PureHealth impact. “This isn’t new information. It isn’t groundbreaking. It’s the simplistic side of health that we’ve all, unfortunately, gotten away from. It’s easy to opt for the drive-through or put off the smart choices for a tomorrow that never comes. But the result of that is an overmedicated, overstressed, undernourished society. This site is handing you the cliffs notes for a longer, healthier, happier existence. I’m just thrilled at the opportunity to help pass these life messages on.”
Leach lives in Brownsburg, Indiana, with her husband, Hank. The two enjoy entertaining, cooking, gardening and working on their first home.
